 | These two purpose designed holiday cottages were built on the site of an old farm steading in 2000. Situated on the shores of Munlochy Bay, with superb views across the water to the hills of Strathconon in the distance, the cottages are a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Well off the beaten track but within 25 minutes drive of the centre of Inverness, Bay Farm is on the south east side of the Black Isle. |

| The cottages are well equipped and comfortable, the main living and all sleeping accommodation is on the ground floor, fully accessible by wheelchair. There is a spacious living-dining area, with a fully fitted kitchen. Stairs lead up from the lounge to the mezzanine floor, which provides a bright and airy TV lounge, well lit by the large roof window. Patio doors lead out onto a private sitting area with outside seats and tables. |  |

 | The high level of furnishing is continued through the bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the bay, and is equipped with king-sized double bed, two bedroom chairs, dressing table with drawer space, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and the same fittings as the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with bath and shower and a shaver point light above the washbasin. |
