| All our beef and lamb is reared locally. Local bacon is sliced on the premises according to customer requirements. We specialise in home cooked steak pies and cooked meats:-sliced gammon, tongue, roast beef and meat loaf. We also produce haggis, black puddings, white puddings and fruit puddings. We offer a range of sausages from traditional pork to pork and leek, pork with orange and coriander, steak and tomato, jalfrezi pork. Children love our tasty "Sandyburgers". For parties and special occasions we can supply platters of freshly sliced home cooked meats. |
