Previous had the Chardon Restaurant in Cromarty - started it up. Moved to Muir of Ord - started the Dower House in 1988. Attracts world-wde customers visiting the Highlands. Been in Good Food Guide since 1983. Business stays open all year round. south Lodge self-catering hopefully opening new unit in 2003.
